We are trying something brand NEW a modified Sub-Junior Program this year that has been developed by our Head Coach, Phil Marshall. ‘Subbies’ will not be required to train during the week, rather we will be running half hour skills sessions followed by a 2 innings game every Saturday morning. We will also be only having 6 players in the field so we can make up more teams. More Teams = More Fun!!!
Meet the coach day is Sunday 10th September 2017. Come down to the John Reid Oval clubrooms between 2pm & 4pm to meet your coach and find out when training starts. You can also check out who is in your team, order uniforms, pay fees and pick up your fundraising chocolates.
Want to coach? We are still looking for one more junior coach, if you are interested please chat to a committee member asap.
Season starts Saturday 7th October, fixtures will be available on our facebook page and website. Coaches will also have a copy and we will email one to you. There’s no excuse for missing a game or a canteen duty!

We won’t be having a “meet the coach” day this year, we are going to try things a little differently to see if things run a bit smoother than previous years.
This year, we will start with group sessions for two weeks, before players and coaches will be matched together for the rest of the season. This allows us to make minor adjustments to teams right up until the season starts, without having to re-do the whole lot as we have had to do so in the past.
If your child is currently in Kindy or Pre-primary (sub juniors) – your group training session will be on Wednesday 21st September 2016, 5pm-6pm.
If your child is currently in year 1, 2, or 3 (juniors) – your group training sessions will be on Tuesday 13th AND Tuesday 20th September 2016, 5pm-6pm.
If your child is currently in year 4, 5, or 6 (seniors) – your group training sessions will be on Thursday 15th AND Thursday 22nd September 2016, 5pm-6pm.
If your child is not in any of these age groups and/or you are unsure – please contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
THESE DAYS MAY NOT BE YOUR USUAL TRAINING DAY. Most parents got their first training day preference with only a handful needing to go to their second choice. Nobody got their least-preferred choice of training day!
Remember, fees need to be paid before your child will receive their new player pack (new players only) and uniforms (which will be delivered before the first game). We will endeavour to have someone at each training session who can accept fees (cash only), or please contact the Treasurer (email@example.com) for alternate payment options or plans.
The 2015 AGM (going into the 2015/16 season) will be held on Friday 13th March 2015 at 7.30pm. It will be at the John Reid Oval clubrooms on Morrison Rd in Forrestfield.
All committee and exec positions will be declared open. Nominations for positions can be emailed to the current Secretary at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Keep your eye on your mailbox – letters have gone out to those players who made the teams. We have 11 players each in U9, U11 & U13.

Regos will be held at the John Reid Oval clubrooms on Morrison Rd in Forrestfield (next to Hartfield Park rec centre)
Fees are $100 per player (as per last year). Families will also be asked to help us out with a fundraising levy of $20 per family. This is payable either with fees or families can choose to take a box of fundraising chocolates to sell instead. Fundraising chocolates will be made available at Meet the Coach day in September, with money collected due back at the start of the season.
Fees for the 2013-14 season will be $100 per player. Pay fees in full on the day and go into a draw to win back the fees of one of your children!

Forrestfield Flyers Teeball will be holding a fundraising Quiz Night on Saturday 17th November 2012.
We are looking for both donations from local businesses and are selling tickets for this fun event.
We are a junior sporting club and, as such, wont be selling alcohol but feel free to BYO. We will have tea, coffee and cake or biscuits to sell on the night so please also BYO nibbles.
This will free up the money you would have otherwise spent on these things to donate directly to the club.
